Like a lot of good thing in life, TikTok US is also leaving!

If you did not know, get to know that on April 24, 2024, President Joe Biden signed the TikTok ban bill into law.

You should probably check up on some of your favorite US-based creators, because we are not okay! TikTok is my biggest platform, and the issue I have with this ban is not just the fact that my largest platform will now cease to exist; it is the fact that there is no other platform like this one.TikTok is a platform that just got it right. Aside from the fact that the algorithm has been tweaking these past couple years, it still allows for a lot more visibility than a lot of other leading platforms. (Instagram and YouTube included) It's also the least serious and most humorous platform of all. You get to show up authentically because of the digital environment and the very random algorithm.

Let's not even get into the fact that the whole world will still have TikTok except for us. Where will I get to keep up with Naija Tiktok? (And I am not going to follow pages like gossipmilli or Instablog on Instagram.) Where do I get to keep up with the UK girlies and their new tips and tricks? Where do I get to show up authentically as myself? Where do I get to learn new and honestly quite shocking information and/or gist?
